Who is responsible.
ateindex.com publishes the ATE Passport Index, a research product of AT Express Global. The website is operated by AT Express, which is the controller of any personal data described in this policy for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). AT Express’s head office is at Athinodorou Business Center, Charalambou Mouskou & Grigori Afxentiou Street, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus.
What we collect and why.
- No accounts or forms. This site has no sign-up, no comments and no enquiry form. You can read and cite the index without giving us any personal data.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider’s servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- If you write to us. If you contact AT Express about the index, for example to report a data correction, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and to act on your request.
Legal basis and how long we keep data.
We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and correspondence on the basis of your request. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for these purposes, including any period required by law.
We use service providers for website hosting and email. Some may be located outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data is appropriately protected.
Your rights under the GDPR.
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to the supervisory authority in your country.
